Time is money – in reality much more worth than money

Time is money, this is one of the most common sayings, and yes absolutely “Time is money”, but in reality, it is much more worth than money. Time is the most important, powerful and valuable resource we have. In many cases, time is the most equal resource, because we all have 24 hours a day.

The question is how to use the time (priority) ?

The outcome and usage is different in order to many different reasons, but surveys have shown that more and more people are ready to pay for more time to be able to achieve more, get more spare time, more time with the family and friends, more time to do hobbies, etc.

There are a lot of challengers in our daily lives, a lot of opportunities, offers, chances, tasks and jobs, so now a day it is hard to have boring days without anything to do. The challenge is to do the right thing right at the right time, and basically it is about self-discipline and prioritizing seeing from an individual viewpoint of goals and values:

  • What is most important for me now?
  • How do I use my time the best way?
  • What is the next I do, and how do I do it the best way?

For most people the order of prioritizing is:

  1. Relationship, love and happiness with partner and nearest family, and friends you care about.
  2. Health personal and people you care about
  3. Income stability for the family or financial independently
  4. Career, personal qualification and development
  5. Creative, fun and satisfaction,

Leadership Excellence

Who is a great leader or how are you really able to see if a person has the needed skills to become a great leader? Human people are different, and so are leaders. Some are great leaders in some situations and some are great leaders in other situations. Some other great people are not great leaders, but they are great people with great personality and skillset to fit into the team of a great leader.

Most of the time, leaders think about the core values of leadership and how to apply them on a daily basis. The most important contribution to your company is to be a leader, accept responsibility for results, dare to go forward and stand behind your team in all conditions.
