Retail industry – BPR & ERP.
We are familiar with the retail industry from a number of larger retail stores e.g. clothing, vine, music equipment, furniture combined with centralized and decentralized stocks. We have streamlined and atomized business and administrative work processes concerning Point-of-Sale, inventory management, purchasing, credit card processing, customer tracking, customer accounts, gift cards, accounting.
Based on rethinking the traditional ways, value streams and processes, we have extended the use of new technology as a foundation for growth, cost reduction, customer satisfaction, delivery reliability and speed in daily business processes.
Service industry – BPR & ERP
We have knowledge about the service industry and done some projects concerning business process optimization and delivering service manager solution to handle e.g. project staffing, job (work order) and resource management, route planning, maintaining program for machinery and equipment service, managing replacing of spare parts.
We have increased the overview of our client’s service agreement, activities, workload, route planning, order handling, planning and tracking the activities. We have made integrations between ERP Service solutions and modern technology equipment installed in the service vehicles which enables communication, GPS guidance, material replenishment.

Warehouse and distributions centers – BPR & ERP
We are familiar with running warehouses and distributions centers efficiently. We have done some projects optimizing the business process, and the use of systems and equipment handling the daily jobs (receiving, transferring, pick and pack).
We have increased the speed and quality at our client related to order handling, planning and tracking the activities performed in a distribution center and all the way to costumers. We have made integrations between ERP solutions and WMS/DCMS solutions for both person operated and automatic inventories. We have equipped the warehouse with modern technology.
Batch Production – BPR & ERP
We have experience with Batch Production from painting industries. We have streamlined and optimized the business processes, and designed, developed and implemented an ERP solution efficiently supporting all the business functions in the company, e.g. sales, purchase, and delivering and batch production of painting (different types, colors and lot sizes).
We improved the productivity at our client in general by e.g. cutting down the capital tied up in inventories, decreasing the order handling time, increasing the delivery reliability and the customer satisfaction.
Mass Production – BPR & ERP
We have experience with Mass Production from e.g. furniture and clothing industries, and industries making electronic, mechanical, and hygienic and cleaning equipment. The projects was most of all about streamlining existing business processes, and customizing and implementing new ERP solutions covering all functions e.g. sales, purchase, material planning (MRP, MRP2), production, data collection from shop floor (online production) and finance/payroll.
Based on an analysis we implemented the projects according to the budget and project plan, and our clients experienced being able to handle the daily business faster, having a better overview of the order status/progress, stocks, resource availability, and reduced capital tied in inventories and work in process.
Mass Customization – BPR & ERP
We have knowledge about system and processes related to Mass customization (Build to Order).
We have helped during the design phase (modularized and standardized components/parts) through the product structuring and setting up data for product configuring, which enables the end customer to decide the exact specification of a product or service.
This have given sales persons or online customer good service and fast information about price and delivery time, so the costumers have all necessary information before ordering right away. Our clients who are making clothes, shoes, glasses, furniture, doors, windows, ventilation systems, etc. have reduced the time for order handling significantly, increased the customer satisfaction, reduced the numbers of components, faster lead time.
Job Shop Production (project business) – BPR & ERP
Optimization of business processes in handling all project phases at our client, who is making low volume production and sometimes only one of a kind. We focused on the project value stream from offer, ordering, construction, procurement and production. The BPR and ERP projects covered all business functions from offer, confirmation to producing, delivering and installing the product, and ongoing after sales service.
We automated many manual business processes at our client, improved traceability/tracking possibilities, and speeded up making financial reports, reporting status of the project (stage of production, production based income). The change management part was huge due to the new business processes, which more or less had impact on everyone.
