Who is a great leader or how are you really able to see if a person has the needed skills to become a great leader? Human people are different, and so are leaders. - A leader is consistently with integrity and acting as a role-model
Most of the time, leaders think about the core values of leadership and how to apply them on a daily basis. The most important contribution to your company is to be a leader, accept responsibility for results, dare to go forward and stand behind your team in all conditions.
